All investigations are taken on a first come first served basis and a retainer must be paid in advance unless other arrangements are made. We will give you regular updates and you decide if you want to continue the investigation or not. Any amount of the retainer not used is refunded. We do investigations in the pink area for $ 600.00 ( Miami and Key West are $675.00 per day or $1350.00 for 2 8 hour days) per day and no cost for expenses. Two days in a row minimum. Your total cost for 2 eight hour investigation days would be $1200.00. No other expenses, no mileage fees or travel time expenses. This rate is all inclusive
